Adult Gymnastics - For participants aged 18+

Class Times:

• Wednesday 7:30-8:30am
• Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm                                          

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Term Fees: $180.00 Per Term - Eight weeks guaranteed

NO refunds will be given for change of mind, classes cancelled due to weather conditions, or any circumstances outside of Gymnastics Nelson's control. 

Class Information: 

This programme is focused around developing strength & flexibility as well as learning and progressing various gymnastics skills across different gymnastics apparatus. These sessions are a great way to challenge your body to try someting new, step out of your comfort zone & meet new people.
