Perform Programme
This is a structured programme where gymnasts work on skills to put into routines and compete at regional level competitions. It has a less demanding and lower intensity training environment compared to our WAG & MAG competitive programmes.
Our Girls Perform Programme gymnasts will be working on skills & routines on the four Women's Artistic Gymnastics apparatus (Beam, Bar, Vault, Floor). Our Boys Perform Programme gymnasts will be working on skills on a range of Men's Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus (Vault, Floor, Pommel, Rings, High Bar & Parallel Bars).
Our Perform Programme is suited to those who still want to experience the fun of gymnastics with the challenge of competing. It is a step above recreational classes and provides gymnasts with the opportunity to compete in an alternative programme to the WAG & MAG National Pathway.
It is intended that gymnasts in the Perform Programme are committed to the full year of gymnastics, and understand that participation in competitions is a requirement for this programme.
Perform Programme Squads are available to all gymnasts that have excelled in Recreational classes, gymnasts may only join based off invitation or trial.
