Welcome to our Youth Parkour Adventure programme, where children ages 8-14 can unleash their inner urban ninja in a safe and controlled environment!

Our Parkour program is designed to inspire creativity, develop physical fitness, and instill confidence while teaching the fundamental movements and principles of Parkour.

Program Overview:

  1. Introduction to Parkour: Our program begins with a comprehensive introduction to Parkour, where participants learn about the history, philosophy, and safety guidelines of this dynamic discipline.

  2. Foundational Movements: We focus on teaching fundamental Parkour movements such as jumping, landing, rolling, vaulting, climbing, and balancing. Through progressive drills and exercises, participants develop agility, coordination, and body awareness.

  3. Obstacle Course Challenges: Kids get the chance to navigate through a variety of obstacle courses specially designed to mimic urban environments. These courses are structured to encourage problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and adaptability.

  4. Safety Training: Safety is our top priority. Participants learn proper techniques for falling, rolling, and landing to minimize the risk of injury. They also gain an understanding of how to assess and mitigate potential hazards in their surroundings.

  5. Progressive Skill Development: As participants advance in their Parkour journey, they'll tackle more complex movements and challenges. Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance and feedback to help each child reach their full potential.

  6. Creative Expression: Parkour is not just about physical prowess; it's also a form of self-expression. Through freestyle sessions and creative exploration, kids have the freedom to experiment with movement, develop their own unique style, and express themselves authentically.

Schedule and Logistics:

  • Duration: Each session is typically 55 minutes long.
  • Frequency: Classes are once per week on a Friday after school or on a Saturday afternoon.
  • Attire: Participants should wear comfortable, athletic clothing.
  • Equipment: No special equipment is required.
  • Safety Measures: Our facility adheres to strict safety protocols, including trained instructors, supervised practice areas, and appropriate safety equipment.
